Shannex, a family owned and Maritime based company, owns and operates Parkland senior retirement living campuses and long term care facilities in many locations in Atlantic Canada.

Home Care

Select Care offers a full range of flexible and supportive home care services.

You select the type of care that best suits your needs and we will come to your home when you need us.

Retirement Living

Parkland Retirement Living campuses offer seniors independence without the responsibities of home ownership. 

Campus-style living enables clients to choose the service option which best suits their living needs and interests.  Should those needs or interests change, clients can easily choose new or different options in the same location.

Nursing Homes

Shannex Enhanced Care serves clients who require nursing supervision and support with the activities of daily living.

Located in several communities throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, Shannex enhanced care facilities are all newly designed and constructed meeting the latest in long term care standards.

Each facility is licensed by the province in which it is located.

Clients live in beautiful and comfortable surroundings, make decisions about their care and service and have choice and flexibility in their daily lives.
