Our vision of Leading the Way to Better Living extends beyond the walls of our buildings to the communities where we live and work. That’s why we work hard to build trusted partnerships with community groups who share the values of our organization, our employees, clients and their families.
We support community groups who are doing great work in the following areas:
- Providing quality care and service to elders through programs that recognize the value and richness they bring to our lives
- Creating safe and sustainable workplaces through environmental awareness and innovation
- Promoting a culture of giving back for our employees
- Being a passionate advocate for those we serve
Some of these trusted partners include the Alzheimer’s Society of Nova Scotia, the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia, United Way, Pathways to Education and the We Are Young Association. Read more about our community involvement in our annual Report to Community.
