Kronos

Kronos is a web-based workforce management system. At Shannex, employees use Kronos to access their schedules, review the hours they work, request time off, and more.

This page is designed to answer some of the most commonly asked questions for new hires. In addition to the tips below, there are many helpful tutorials available to employees in Gazebo.

Logging In

A username and password will be provided to you at your orientation. If you already know your username and password, you can log in through the Kronos link to the right, or by clicking here.

Accessing Schedule

Once you are logged into Kronos, you can easily see your schedule by clicking, “My Work and Absence Summary”.

Kronos Mobile

Kronos offers many of its features through a mobile app. It is supported by both Androids (OS 4.1 & newer), and iPhones (iOS 7 & newer). To access, simply download “Kronos Mobile” from the app store on your phone, and log in with the same username and password that you use for the website.

You will also need to enter the following server address:

https://shannex.kronos.net/wfc/

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Workforce Coordinator at your site, and they will reset it for you.

Gazebo

Gazebo is a web-based platform where employees can access corporate news, send and receive messages, view and apply for career opportunities, and complete online learning. You will be provided with a username and password at your time of hire. If you already know your username and password, you can log in through the Gazebo link to the right, or by clicking here.

Inside Gazebo, you will find several detailed courses to help you navigate in Kronos. Under the “My Knowledge Programs” link on your Gazebo home page, you will see an assigned Knowledge Program called “Manage my time in Kronos”. This is where you will find courses to show you how to…

These courses should be completed by all new hires, and will remain accessible to employees after completion for future reference.
